Assessing Mental Stress in an International Environment
PublicationInternational SOS, together with partners, has developed a guide for companies to assess mental stress for companies. The guide will identify the mental stresses that workers are exposed to at national and international level and how companies can respond to meet their duty of care and protect their international workforce.
Risk Mitigation for Professional Stays Abroad
PublicationTogether with the university FH Campus Wien, the lawyers Gerlach Rechtsanwälte, GPA, one of the biggest trade unions in Austria, and the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, the International SOS Foundation published a guide for the Austrian market on mitigating risks during professional stays abroad. The guide, which supports the assessment of risks and the development of preventative measures, contains numerous checklists and interviews from clients. (The guide is in German).

Managing Duty of Care for Employee Wellbeing Within a Hybrid Workforce
PublicationThe International SOS Foundation commissioned Affinity Health at Work to undertake a global research on managing Duty of Care for wellbeing within a hybrid workforce. Affinity Health at Work is a specialist consultancy and research group contracted by the WHO Steering Group to perform the supporting evidence work for WHO guidelines on mental health at work, recently published in September 2022.
