When Japanese companies send their employees to abroad, it may expose more risks than working in Japan.

This paper advocates these points;

  1. Prepare appropriately to minimise various risks.
  2. Organise the system to be able to respond appropriately, in case some problems actually occur despite of the preparation.
  3. If problems occur actually, it is the employer's responsibility to ensure that the system described in 2 would be operated appropriately and promptly.
