Foundation Duty of Care Awards Winners 2026

The International SOS Foundation announced the winners of its 2026 Duty of Care Awards in Rome, Italy, on 28 May, marking the eighth edition of the program. The Awards, highlighting those “Navigating Uncertainty for a Resilient Future,” shine a spotlight on organizations and individuals at the forefront of redefining Duty of Care as a strategic driver of workforce and organizational resilience.

With a record number of submissions from 32 countries, across sectors including technology, finance, education, and aerospace, this year’s Awards highlight the accelerating shift towards more integrated, proactive approaches to workforce safety, risk management, and employee wellbeing.

The 2026 Duty of Care Awards winners include FEVER, recognized in the Crisis Response & Resilience category, Ghana International School for Compliance & Risk Management, Ramboll India Private Limited for Community Impact, Godrej Industries Group for Innovation, and WSP NZ for Workplace Wellbeing. The prestigious Duty of Care Ambassador title was awarded to Azman Ahmad from Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd, in recognition of outstanding leadership and commitment to advancing Duty of Care. 

This year’s Co-Chair Head of Judges, Gabriella Fraire, President, Italian Risk Management Association (ANRA) and Roberta Billè, President, GBTA Italy, said: 

The remarkable depth of this year’s submissions signals a new era of leadership, where Duty of Care is finally becoming an integral part of employee management. We are seeing organizations embed these principles into formal risk governance, placing the safety, health, and wellbeing of their people at the cornerstone of strategic success.Selecting the winners from such a high-caliber pool was an incredibly rewarding experience for the entire panel. On behalf of the judges, we warmly congratulate these organizations and individuals for their dedication to their people and for the inspiring example of excellence they set on the global stage.

We truly hope that their example will serve as an inspiration for other companies, encouraging them to make Duty of Care a fundamental part of their day-to-day operations.
