Charlotte is former President of FERMA (Federation of European Risk Management Associations), Europe’s foremost network of risk professionals, representing over 6,000 members across 22 countries. Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping FERMA’s strategic direction and advancing risk management practices across the continent.
She is also Vice-President of IFRIMA (International Federation of Risk and Insurance Management Associations), further extending her influence and leadership on the global stage.
From her position at SAP, she brings deep expertise in field risk management, supporting the identification and mitigation of risks tied to global sales and services. Her career reflects a strong commitment to collaboration, policy development, and professional excellence in risk management.
Charlotte holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is certified in RIMAP®, PMI-RMP®, and RIMS-CRMP®.
Her risk management journey began in Brussels, where she spent 12 years driving collaboration and policy within European industry associations. She has been a member of DARIM’s Board since 2015, playing a vital role in advancing risk management practices both in Denmark and across Europe. A strategic thinker and committed leader, Charlotte has been instrumental in FERMA’s growth and direction for nearly a decade.
